Since 1994
In 1994 I opened a single store in Cleburne, Texas. No playbook, no backers, no safety net. Over the next two decades that one store became forty one locations and a team of more than two hundred seventy five people across the state. In 2013 I sold the company to Cash America in one of the largest private pawn deals ever done, valued at over one hundred million dollars.
Most people would have stopped there. I went the other way. Today I run eight companies across real estate, construction, health, food, and finance. Coaching is how I hand the playbook to owners still in the fight. Not theory from a book. The actual decisions, systems, and standards that built everything above.

Step 1 Apply
A short application. What you run, where it is stuck, and what you want it to become. Todd reads every one himself. No sales team screens you.
Step 2 First Call
If it reads like a fit, you talk with Todd directly. Real numbers on the table, straight answers both ways. If it is not a fit, he will tell you that too.
Step 3 Plan
Session one ends with a written plan. Priorities cut down to the few moves that matter, each with an owner and a date. Yours to keep either way.
Day 5 Work
From there it is a rhythm. Sessions, commitments, and a scoreboard. Todd brings the framework and the pressure. You bring the execution.
