1. Agreement To These Terms
By accessing behrvision.com, booking a session, submitting an application, or purchasing any service from BehrVision ("BehrVision," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the services.

2. The Services
BehrVision provides business coaching, advisory services, digital content, a podcast, and a newsletter. Coaching engagements, formats, and availability are described on the site and confirmed individually before any engagement begins. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the services at any time.

3. No Guarantee Of Results
Coaching is advice and accountability, not a promise. Results described on this site, including revenue figures, business exits, and client outcomes, reflect specific past situations and do not guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Your outcomes depend on your business, your market, your decisions, and your execution. You are solely responsible for the actions you take.

4. Not Professional AdviceNothing on this site or in any coaching session is legal, tax, accounting, investment, or medical advice. BehrVision does not act as your attorney, CPA, financial advisor, or physician. Consult licensed professionals before acting on any matter that requires one.

5. Applications, Bookings, And PaymentSome services require an application and are offered at our discretion. Fees for paid services are stated before purchase. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at booking. All prices are in US dollars.

6. Refunds And Cancellations

Option A: All sales are final. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.

Option B: Sessions cancelled with at least 48 hours notice receive a full refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours may be rescheduled once but are not refundable. Ongoing coaching and advisory terms, including any refund provisions, are set in the individual engagement agreement.

7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information in applications and forms, to use the site lawfully, and not to copy, resell, or redistribute any content or materials from the services without written permission.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, worksheets, podcast episodes, and video, belongs to BehrVision or its licensors. You may view and share links to the content. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without written permission. Materials provided during an engagement are for your internal business use only.

9. TestimonialsTestimonials on this site reflect individual experiences of actual clients. They are not promises of similar outcomes.

10. Third Party Links And Tools
The site may link to third party platforms such as scheduling tools, payment processors, podcast platforms, and social networks. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Their terms govern your use of their services.

11. PrivacyYour use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available here.

12. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BehrVision, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the site or the services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BehrVision and its owners, employees, and affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising from your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third party right.

14. TerminationWe may suspend or end your access to the services at any time for conduct that violates these terms or harms the business, its clients, or its reputation. Any engagement-specific termination terms are set in the engagement agreement.

15. Governing Law And Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in McLennan County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

16. Changes To These TermsWe may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
