Responsibilities
- Coaching: Run 1:1 sessions that produce a clear plan and measurable next steps.
- Accountability: Hold clients to their commitments between sessions.
- Frameworks: Apply proven operating systems for scaling, operations, and exit readiness.
Requirements
- Operating experience as a founder, executive, or advisor.
- A track record of driving measurable business outcomes.
- Direct, no-nonsense communication style.
