BehrVision needs an Operations Manager to build and run the systems behind the business — scheduling, tooling, and process — so coaching stays the focus.

Responsibilities

• Own internal systems, tools, and workflows.

• Streamline scheduling, billing, and reporting.

• Document and improve repeatable processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years in operations or program management.
